Our Process
Through our comprehensive discovery process, we will work with you to fully define your current obstacles and outline potential improvements leveraging powerful, custom software. How do you know that we can accomplish this for you? We have done it before. WireBrain is a company built upon experience and lessons learned. We have previously built other successful software companies based upon customized software, as well as enterprise level software. We have competed in private sector and public sector and, through our amazing customer service and attention to detail, we built a company that others took notice of! Since being purchased by a tech giant in 2016, we have reflected on everything we have learned during that process and decided to put our talents to use again! We thrive in a small company atmosphere and love the freedom that gives us to work with clients the way we feel that YOU should be treated!
Discovery
Our discovery process dives deep to uncover the root causes of issues and obstacles. We take the time to analyze and document the entire scope of issues and brainstorm potential solutions. This comprehensive process ensures that we fully understand the challenges that you are facing so that we can craft the most elegant solution.
Requirements Review
Once we have a high-level understanding of the problems at hand, we can propose either a single-step approach or a multi-step approach to solving your problem. We want to make sure that we are continually providing you with value-added functionality, and thus we will break down large projects into smaller sub-projects that can be reviewed/deployed independently.
Development
Once we have a well-defined first module, we will go into development mode where our software engineers will craft the perfect solution for your current challenges. We do not simply go off and engineer the project without your feedback. We provide visual results every few weeks so that you can watch your solution being built and provide real-time feedback to the software engineers.
Project Finalization
After the development process has completed, we walk you through your final solution to ensure it meets your needs. We then immediately make the module available for your use! If your project requires multiple modules, then we start back at “Requirements Review” and continue to build deliverable modules to you in a timely manner!
Go Live!
Once your software module is ready to use, then you can start utilizing it immediately! Your project manager will be available during your first few days of utilizing the new software and we have an amazing team of customer service personnel to assist in answering any questions you may have!
